Normalize learning to love yourself, your life, and your own company so much that you don’t need anyone else’s love or validation to make you happy or feel whole.

You’re becoming the you you were meant to be. Y

You’re becoming the you you were meant to be.

You are awakening.

Letting go of expectations of society-others, toxic relationships and the thought + behavioral patterns that serve no one (yourself included).

It feels a bit like going through your closet and giving away what no longer fits you size or style wise - some things are more difficult to let go than others but ultimately you know you’re making space for better, more “you”.

You can no longer do all the things, have all the same relationships, or build your business in the same way you once did.

If it’s not in alignment, you’re not willing to move forward on it.

Some days it feels like procrastination, and others you know it’s because you’re simply unwilling to be/do anything but loyal to self. You didn’t go through all that for nothing.

Some people in your life won’t welcome the change. Others will.

So, the in between of who you were and becoming who you’ve always been meant to be is kind of strange 🙃

But it’s soul freedom.

In a lot of ways my whole life + being were flipped upside down over the last year.

By conscious choice.

I will always be in process of growing/evolving, but I can say with clarity that the relationships, communication, peace, self love, and creative ideas that come into your world once you cut off anything that deters that soul freedom and get comfortable with the uncomfortable middle are WORTH IT ALL 🙌🏻

Saying all that to tell you that along with deconstructing and rebuilding life, I’m revamping and overhauling a lot of how I’ve built online the last 5 years.

It’s easy to keep doing what we’ve always done because it’s comfortable and the unknown can be scary.

But it’s pretty dang exciting to dream + plan on doing differently, and to think about guiding my clients to do the same.

Looking forward to that internal green light to step on the gas, in full alignment and show you what’s been on my heart + mind.

If you’re in between, I feel you. Trust the (sometimes brutiful) journey of becoming. Good things are coming❤️

When you see it start to come together it will take your breath away.
